Hi, Not sure of the exact figures, but this is a very good article about the subject, and does have a lot of useful information and discussion on the subject; I think it's actually a lot less going on than we'd both think! Personally, I'd say the biggest potential disadvantage is the security aspect, and the biggest advantage being the lower cost, and all the info. ending up in one place.
