what adventure sports and water sports are available to do in Greece? Q. Hi, I am going to greece for 2 weeks in august and am looking to island hop, doing sports in the places I go and Im also looking for what kind of prices these are about. Windsurfing is popular on Paros island. I'm not really sure about prices though. A lot of islands also have diving schools. In Athens, it's a good idea to book accommodation well in advance. On the islands, it depends what you're looking for. Lots of hotels, pensions, and campsites have representatives waiting when each ferry comes in. There's almost always something available at a campsite, but August is the busiest month of the year (especially the two weeks leading up to August 15), and other options will fill up fast.
